What is expected of me as the client?
The Me Time Experts (MTEs) are highly qualified and skilled professionals. Mutual respect and professional engagement is expected from both parties. Please respect the advice and instruction your MTE will offer to ensure you get the full benefit of your Me Time experience.
I need to cancel my treatment, how do I do this?
Me Time requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. This can be processed through the link provided in the confirmation email or directly with the booking team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the cancellation policy?
Full payment is made when you place your booking in order to secure the MTE’s time for your appointment. If you wish to cancel with more that 24 hours’ notice, the payment amount will be held on your account as credit for you to use for future bookings. This is held for up to six months from the original booking date. If it becomes necessary to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice the full payment will be taken and no credit held on account. For any extenuating circumstances, you must contact the Head Office team directly on email@example.com and quote your booking reference
My MTE has not arrived, what do I do?
Please contact the Me Time booking team immediately, you can call 0121 809 3530, text 07513062055 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Please note, you MTE should arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your appointment time is scheduled. If they do not arrive within five minutes after your treatment time, you will need to contact Me Time, in the instance that a booking coordinator has not already been in touch with you directly.
How do I give feedback about my experience?
You will receive an automated message post service to ensure the quality of your treatment. You can also contact us directly on email with feedback at email@example.com
How do I rebook the same MTE?
You can request the MTE when you make your next appointment via the app or the online booking system. Alternatively you can rebook the same MTE when they are with you at the end of your appointment via your app
The treatment I want is not listed. How do I request a specific bookings?
Please contact the Me Time booking team and we will endeavor to meet your request if possible. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, you can call 0121 809 3530, text 07513062055
How do I make a couples or a group appointment?
You can do this by emailing email@example.com, you can call 0121 809 3530, text 07513062055 and we will allocate a booking team member to your requests who will put together a package with the most suitable MTEs for you
Do I need to tip my MTE?
There is no obligation to tip! The best thing you can do if you’re delighted with your experience is leave a glowing review on the app or on the website and Me Time will acknowledge each MTE accordingly
